When performing customized production or batch processing in a studio environment, it is often necessary to repeatedly print the same pattern on the same material. Traditional workflows require resending files and reconfiguring print parameters for each job, which is time-consuming and reduces production efficiency. To streamline repetitive workflows, the Reprint feature has been introduced.
Reprint (Print Again) is a feature designed specifically for repetitive printing scenarios. After a print job is completed, it allows you to reuse the same print file and all associated print parameters with a single click. This eliminates the need to resend files or reconfigure settings, significantly reducing preparation time and improving mass-production efficiency.
Supported scenarios
Repeated printing using the same design, same substrate, and same placement position
Unsupported scenarios
Printing different designs or using different substrates
Parallel or batch printing across multiple printers
Reprinting historical print tasks
Single-task multi-object printing (printing multiple different designs or variable data in one job)
System version requirements
Ensure that the printer firmware, desktop software, and App/Web client are all up to date.
Enable the feature

Ensure substrate consistency
Before using Print Again, confirm that the substrate type, thickness, and placement are identical to those of the previous print. This is especially critical for flatbed and rotary printing.
Print parameters cannot be modified
During the Print Again process, print parameters cannot be adjusted. If changes to material, white ink settings, or other parameters are required, return to the standard workflow and start a new print task.
Print content availability
If the previous print task has been replaced by a new job, selecting Print Again will display the message:
“Print Again Failed: Print Content Not Found.”
In this case, a new print task must be initiated.
Complete a print task
Allow a print job to complete normally.
Select “Print Again”
On the print completion result page (success or failure), click the Print Again button.
