Wear gloves to prevent ink contact with skin.
Wear goggles to protect eyes from ink splashes or debris.
Inspect the ink cartridge holder magnet
Remove the ink cartridge.
Check whether the magnet inside the ink cartridge holder has fallen off, shifted, or become deformed.
If the magnet is abnormal, the motor assembly or ink cartridge holder assembly must be replaced.
Inspect the ink cartridge internal rotor
Gently shake the ink cartridge.
If abnormal noises are present or if you can feel internal foreign objects moving up and down, this indicates rotor failure.
In this case, the ink cartridge must be replaced.
